设S(n)是Smarandache函数,其中n是一正整数.讨论Smarandache函数S(n)在数列F((2k),1)=F(n,1)=n2n+1(n=2k)与数列G(2n,1)=(2n)2n+1上的下界估计.基于初等方法证明了:当偶数n≥6时,有S(F((2k),1))=S(F(n,1))≥6×2n+1;当n≥4时,有S(G(2n,1))≥6×2n+1.     

Study of nucleon-nucleon and alphanucleon elastic scattering by the Manning-Rosen potential

Although often used in molecular dynamics, in this work the Manning–Rosen potential is parameterized to compute the scattering phase shifts for the nucleon–nucleon and the alpha-nucleon systems by exploiting the standard phase function method. We obtain excellent agreement in phase shifts with the more sophisticated calculations up to partial waves ${\ell }=2.$     

可变序结构下向量优化中的一个新非线性标量化函数及其应用

在具有可变序结构的一般拓扑向量空间中定义了一个新的非线性标量化函数,讨论了该函数的主要性质.同时作为应用,通过该函数构造出了一族半范数和一类赋范线性空间,并在最后建立了该非线性标量化函数和半范数的上、下半连续性结论.     

金属Al背电极二维AZO光栅的制备和陷光特性

研究了背电极金属Al膜上二维ZnO:Al光栅的制备及其反射光谱特性.在厚度为300 nm的Al膜上溅射80 nm ZnO:Al薄膜,旋涂AZ5206光刻胶,用波长为325 nm的激光进行光刻制作光栅掩模.采用溶脱-剥离法在Al衬底上制备周期(624~1250 nm)和槽深(100~300 nm)可独立调控的ZnO:Al二维光栅.表面形貌采用原子力显微镜和扫描电镜观察,反射光谱用带积分球的分光光度计测试,双向反射分布函数用散射仪测量.结果表明,300 nm Al膜上织构二维ZnO:Al光栅背电极结构,当光栅槽深为228 nm,周期从624 nm增加到986 nm时,背电极总反射率、漫反射率以及雾度均随光栅周期增大而显著增加,而当周期从986 nm增加到1250 nm时,总反射率、漫反射率以及雾度略有增加.双向反射分布函数测试结果进一步证实了上述实验结果,即随着周期增大,漫反射峰值越大,衍射峰个数也增多.提示背反电极上槽深为228 nm、周期为986 nm的二维ZnO:Al光栅具有较好的散射效果,其中漫反射占总反射的百分比为45%.     

非PLL相位平均型参考线原型验证

射频相位参考线是粒子加速器的重要组成部分之一,为射频低电平控制系统(LLRF)、束流诊断系统、定时系统等提供稳定的相位锁定参考信号。为减少远距离传输过程中由环境温度变化导致的射频传输线中的射频相位漂移,多个加速器装置中已经采用射频相位参考线提供射频相位参考,这些相位参考的实现方案主要是基于恒温控制和基于光纤锁相。与这些方案相比,采用相位平均方法不仅可以保持长距离节点之间的相位稳定,而且更易于现场安装与维护。现有的带有锁相环(PLL)的终端短路方式实现相位平均参考线的方案仍有一些节点数量限制等方面的不足,本文对相位平均参考线结构进行了去除PLL的简化设计并进行了验证,以期增加更多的相位分配节点以及降低对射频器件参数的要求。对非PLL的单端输入终端短路相位平均方案与两端输入各节点间互为参考的相位平均方案分别进行了实验测试,结果表明两者的相位RMS精度可以达到0.1°~0.3°。并对不同的相位平均实现方案中相位不稳定的产生原因进行了分析,结果表明,除环境温度外,同轴线缆材质、合成相位与幅度的不平衡合成等也是重要影响因素。     

具有非线性传染率和时滞的随机SIQR计算机病毒模型的渐近行为

研究了一类具有非线性发生率和时滞的随机SIQR计算机病毒模型.首先证明了该系统具有唯一的全局正解,然后通过构造适当的Lyapunov函数并利用伊藤公式,分析了该模型的解在无病平衡点附近及地方病平衡点附近的渐近行为,最后通过数值模拟对随机系统解的渐近行为做了进一步的分析并给出了结论.     

Soliton and other solutions to the (1+2)-dimensional chiral nonlinear Schrödinger equation

The (1+2)-dimensional chiral nonlinear Schrödinger equation (2D-CNLSE) as a nonlinear evolution equation is considered and studied in a detailed manner. To this end, a complex transform is firstly adopted to arrive at the real and imaginary parts of the model, and then, the modified Jacobi elliptic expansion method is formally utilized to derive soliton and other solutions of the 2D-CNLSE. The exact solutions presented in this paper can be classified as topological and nontopological solitons as well as Jacobi elliptic function solutions.     

Electrical switching effect in a photochromic molecule between two graphene electrodes

We propose a single-molecule electrical switches consisting of a photochromic dimethyldihydropyrene/cyclophanediene molecule sandwiched between two graphene electrodes and investigate the electronic transport by using density-functional theory and nonequilibrium Green's function methods. The “open” and “closed” isomers of the photochromic molecule are shown to have electrical switching behavior and negative differential resistance effect. Moreover, it is also found that the switching ratio between two different conductive states depends on the ambient temperature, and the device behaves as a stable electrical switch around room temperature, which is in agreement with a recent experimental study of another photochromic molecule diarylethene reported by Jia et al. (2016) [17].
